What is the price for Countr
We are still determining the appropriate price, but expect it to be slightly higher than the previous standard of manually counting boxes.
How is it powered?
It's rechargeable with all-day battery life - charge it up and it easily covers a full day of matches.
Do I need Wi-Fi to run it?
No, it works well without Wi-Fi. Once the Livescore becomes available, you can buy an online dongle.
Which sports does it support?
Badminton, tennis, padel, table tennis and more - anywhere you need a clear, 360° visible scoreboard.
How is it mounted courtside?
With a net-mount or chair-mount bracket - it clamps straight on, no tools or drilling needed.
Can I control it from my phone?
Phone and tablet app control will be available soon. Follow our pages and download the app when it becomes available.
How can I buy a Countr for my club?
We are currently taking in Pre-Orders, so direct purchases through the website aren't available yet. Book a meeting with our team and we'll follow up with an offer to buy Countr when it launches.
When will you open up for website sales?
We aim to launch website sales to the general public by the start of 2027. We're focusing on refining the final product together with our Partner Clubs until then.
How do i connect to a TV?
We are not fully sure about the TV connection. We are exploring several solutions and will keep you updated on TV support progress.
Can we borrow a Countr for a tournament?
Send us an email with your idea, and we’ll review it - it might be possible.
Will the mount be included in the purchase?
No, the mount is an accessory that must be purchased separately. We are currently developing a way to mount the Countr onto a standard tripod.
Which features will be ready at launch?
When we launch the Countr, we will introduce a new way of experience badminton on the court, beside the court, in the hall, and online. Partner Clubs will receive their Countrs in August or September 2026. By the end of 2026, our app integration will be live. We also hope to deliver our new and updated Countr, TV add-on, Livescore, Livestream, and other online services by early 2027.
